Fibroblast Skin tightening
Give the lift without the surgery — Say goodbye to painful surgical procedures. Purebeau Fibroblast is a new and revolutionary anti-aging treatment for skin tightening and rejuvenation.
Fibroblast is a holistic approach to the perfection of natural beauty.
Using the tiny tip of a handpiece, a plasma flash is drawn from the tip of the device to the skin, evaporating superficially. When this tiny point makes contact with the skin, it actually shrinks the surface area of the skin itself, causing visible skin tightening and wrinkle reduction.
The plasma flash passes through the epidermis and penetrates deeper into the dermis. Here, the light energy stimulates cells called fibroblasts to produce fresh collagen.
Fibroblast is commonly used to treat:
Forehead wrinkles & frown lines.
Lifting eyebrows & crow’s feet.
Upper lid & lower eyelid tightening.
Nose and ear wrinkles.
Nasolabial wrinkles.
Mouth & chin wrinkles.
Double Chin & neck wrinkles.
Advantages of Fibroblast Plasma vs Surgery:
No injectable anesthetic is required.
No cutting of the skin.
No stitches are required.
Minimal side effects and downtime.
No thinning of the skin.
Significant cost saving.
Fibroblast FAQ´s
-
This treatment reverses the signs of aging, reducing skin volume rather than just tightening. Immediate tightening is visible, with final results appearing after 12 weeks as the skin fully regenerates. Effects last up to 3 years, or longer with a healthy lifestyle, comparable to invasive surgery.

The amount of treatments will vary depending on the area being treated and the skins laxity. We normally recommend 2 treatments on an area. The second treatment is always half price on the same area, if completed within 6 months of your first treatment.

Fibroblast treatments are safe when performed by a trained technician. As one of New Zealand's most experienced fibroblast treatment salons, we specialize in this procedure, using top-quality German devices and needles. Trained by Purebeau, the pioneers of fibroblast, we ensure superior care. Most clients experience minor side effects for 5 to 10 days, including small carbon crusts and swelling. This is a natural healing process. Following aftercare instructions is crucial to avoid pitting or hyperpigmentation. As one client says, “the ugly days are worth the results,” offering 3 years of benefits for 5 to 10 days of downtime.
Preparing for your treatment
On the day of your treatment, avoid makeup and moisturizer. Drink two large glasses of water before and after to aid healing. You will have a consultation to discuss your needs and expectations, and photos will be taken to compare results after 12 weeks.
The treatment starts with cleansing your skin using Octenisept, followed by applying numbing cream, which takes 10 to 30 minutes to activate. We'll do a test dot so you can feel the sensation before proceeding. The treatment involves placing dots in a specific pattern to tighten the area, taking 1 to 4 hours depending on the size of the area.
Post-treatment, the area will appear red and feel like sunburn, with possible swelling and minor bleeding. You will receive an aftercare bag with instructions, colloidal silver gel, a hydropad, and hydrating cream. Continued support is available for any post-treatment questions.

Fibroblast contraindications
Being in good health at the time of your appointment is important, with no existing conditions. If you suffer from keloid scarring, this is not a suitable treatment. Skin should not be inflamed prior to treatment. Diabetes, healing disorders, autoimmune disorders, and lymph drainage issues may not be suitable for this treatment. Sunburn or a recent suntan is not suitable. A history of hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation are not ideal candidates. There should be no active cold sores on the day of the treatment; if you suffer from herpes simplex, this treatment may cause an outbreak. Pacemakers are not suitable. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals are not suitable. Eyelash extensions need to be removed before a treatment around the eye as these are highly flammable.
